Your Role: As a Commercial Capital Agent (Commercial Loan Broker), you will play a crucial role in building and managing a diverse portfolio of clients in the commercial lending space. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven individuals who are eager to excel in the world of commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients.
- Nurturing your portfolio of clients towards submissions for funding.
- Bring and serve a book of business including existing referral sources.
- Expand referral sources nationwide, with the capability to lend in all 50 states.
- Master various commercial loan programs and continuously seek to learn more.

Your Profile:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented (hunter) mindset.
- Ability to build and nurture a client base.
- Skilled in developing new referral sources.
- Eager to master and learn various loan programs.
- 2+ years prior sales and relationship building experience.
- Preferred: one- two years of experience in commercial lending.
