We provide a haven of hospitality for Independent Living seniors that includes a host of luxurious amenities: fine dining, daily activities, housekeeping services, scheduled transportation, maintenance on-site, and more!
We are looking for professional and courteous Dining Room Servers to join our friendly team! Currently, we desire part-time candidates, especially those who are willing to work the breakfast shift. Waiter/Waitress experience is greatly preferred! Starting rate is $14-15 an hour, depending on skills set and experience.
*Part-time employees are given a flexible work schedule that allows for extra family time and/or college classes or other needs and also offers continued education, a great work team, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth!
*Full-time employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance, receive PTO, continued education, as well as having opportunities for career advancement and bonuses!
Additional Benefits:
- $750 sign-on bonus to be dispersed as follows:
o $375 after completing orientation
o $375 after the first 90 days of employment
Essential Assignments:
- Bus tables and assist with clean-up.
- Follow and adhere to all safe food practices and standards.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age to apply please!
- Qualified candidates will have a friendly demeanor and a passion for working with seniors!
- Ability to listen and communicate clearly.
- Waiter/waitress experience greatly preferred.
- Ability to learn safe food practices and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
- Must be able to function under minimal supervision.
