Our residents can expect to leave their table satisfied, by the food and experience. Our executive chef sources the freshest ingredients, and our dietician oversees heart healthy options. Our residents have the option of elegant fine dining or more casual bistro. The Dining Room Server, Health Care Dining Server, or Bistro Server is the face of our hospitality venues and responsible for our customers' experiences. Responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, serving food and beverages. You will need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. JOB SUMMARY: The Server serves meals to Plymouth Place residents in an atmosphere where the food service is restaurant style. The Server strives to be efficient in service while being attentive to making an appetizing food presentation. The Server must maintain flexibility as assigned stations and duties before, during and after meal service.
Qualifications
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
- High School Diploma preferred, but not required. Minimum age requirement is 16 years old.
- One-year experience in a food server role preferred
- Strong communication skills required both oral and written.
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Dependable, reliable and motivated.
