Responsibilities:As a Digital/Social Media Specialist at Sanford Federal, Inc., you will use various online tools and strategies to promote the organization's communications strategy. Responsibilities include:
Online Promotion:Use various online tools and strategies to promote the organization's communications strategy.
Digital Content Management:Create and manage digital content for various platforms.
Media and Web Analytics:Analyze media and web analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Cross-Platform Coordination:Coordinate communications across different digital platforms.
Audio-Visual Equipment:Work with audio-visual equipment for video and photography purposes.
Qualifications:The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications based on the labor category:
- Junior Digital/Social Media Specialist:Up to 3 years of experience and/or a BA/BS degree.
Responsible for assisting more senior positions and performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
- Journeyman Digital/Social Media Specialist:4 to 10 years of experience and BA/BS degree or MA/MS degree.
Typically performs all functional duties independently.
- Senior Digital/Social Media Specialist:Over 10 years of experience and BA/BS degree or MA/MS degree plus 5 years of experience.
ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARENECE IS REQUIRED
Works on high visibility or mission-critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific task.
