Role Summary
The Digital Support Specialist reports to the Technology Implementation and Training Manager. This position will work collaboratively with various departments for the rollout, training, integration and support of new technologies to the ClearChoice Network. Remote assistance and training will be a critical qualification for this role. Note- detailed job description to follow. The position could require travel up to 75% of the time. The position will also provide virtual training and support as well as being involved in management of online training and educational sites.
Responsibilities
- Providing Center-specific training and support
- Supporting ClearChoice’s top strategic technology priorities
- Managing technology projects and initiatives
- Training Field Support Specialists on best practices
- Development and production of training and educational materials
- Assisting with the opening and training of new centers as well as existing Centers
- Spending time in-Center to implement and refine integration processes
- Diagnosing Center-level issues and providing solutions
- Assist in the development, administration and management of online training and educational materials
- Support other projects as needed per departmental directives
Skills
- Analytical Skills: ability to work with data
- Decision Making: can look at current scenarios and make educated decisions
- Management Skills: lead projects and partners with other departments and vendors
- Working knowledge of online and LMS platform administration and management a plus, but not a requirement
- Communication: Good writing and speaking are required
- Technical Skills: proven experience with multiple forms of technology (e.g., intraoral scanners, 3D printers, CBCT imaging, etc.)
- Time-Management: ensure that everything is on time and moving smoothly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or relevant work experience
- Clinical dental experience preferred
Salary range 70,000 - 80,000
