We at Matco Tools, an industry leading manufacturer and distributor of quality professional automotive repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and toolboxes are looking for a Digital Product Owner to enhance the digital experience and omni-channel journey of technicians and Do-It-Yourself customers. As the owner of product management and end user experience, you will be responsible for establishing the digital experience strategy, online conversion rate and customer satisfaction scores, along with managing the end to end user experience backlog prioritization. This is a remote eligible position with an option to be based out of Vontier's corporate office in Raleigh, NC or office in Stow, OH. Regardless of location, this role will involve up to 25% travel to Matco Tools Headquarters in Stow, OH.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Establish the future omni-channel experience strategy and build a multi-year roadmap aligned with Matco Tools technology goals and financial objectives

+ Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Product & Technology leaders to articulate and execute upon a comprehensive agile roadmap delivery model for e-commerce that aligns with strategic vision, goals and objectives

+ Manage the prioritized backlog for the e-commerce agile team enhancing our existing digital experiences while driving the foundation and launch of the future of digital commerce platform

+ Partner with product and digital marketing teams to conduct funnel analysis, research, analyze and redesign search, cart, checkout and order tracking experiences aimed at driving an increase in conversion rate and overall customer satisfaction

+ Ownership of increasing online conversion rate and customer satisfaction (NPS) scores

+ Partner & manage third party vendors for staff augmentation and managed services

+ Digital Product Owner or Digital Business Analyst with at least 5 years of proven experience leading on-shore or off-shore digital agile teams supporting digital commerce experiences

+ Results & KPI driven agile leader with proven experience managing product backlog prioritization facilitating successful YOY growth for organizational goals & objectives

+ Extensive experience with agile software development methodology

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience crafting business cases and presenting them to executive leadership team for approval

+ A collaborative leader and team player, who is not afraid to challenge the status quo

+ Extensive knowledge of On-site search engines (Elastic Search, Bloomreach etc.) and Web Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Amplience, Contentstack etc.) supporting digital commerce experiences

+ Extensive experience leveraging Google Analytics for identifying opportunities with conversion funnel optimization and customer journey roadmap refinements

+ Experience with partnering and launching third party payment and Buy Now Pay Later solutions such as Paypal, Affirm, Klarna etc.

+ Hands on experience with leveraging personalization platforms and A/B testing solutions for continuous testing and customer experience enhancements

+ Hands on experience with JIRA, Miro, Azure Devops, confluence, SharePoint etc.

+ Certified Scrum Master or PMP/PMI certification a plus

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration OR equivalent training & experience

The base compensation range for this position is $96,000 to $140,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
