Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Digital Media Manager to oversee and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing strategies are implemented effectively to achieve our organization's goals. This role will require a strong understanding of paid media, marketing processes, project management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The position will suit an out of the box problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fascinated by how brands build affinity with their core audiences. The perfect candidate will be a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who is comfortable working across various initiatives to deliver against our company’s growth goals.
Essential Responsibilities
Support the Director, Digital Marketing to manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across specific channels, inclusive of identifying tech requirements and offer set-up while ensuring on-time delivery and within budget
Understands digital customer journey and can elevate how channels work together and how the dynamic paid ecosystem (search, social, native, display, etc.) interacts with our owned marketing channels.
Co-Authorship of use cases, measurement plans and strategies to increase transparency and efficacy of digital advertising and marketing efforts in collaboration with Brand team, agency leads, and marketing leadership
Maintain regular KPI reporting across paid media channels.
Deep partnership with analytics teams and technology teams to track projects, manage success metrics, and measurement approaches.
Manages projects in process to ensure timelines are met and marketing /advertising requirements are delivered upon by cross functional partners
Ongoing media budget management and collaboration with our Finance/Operation counterpart
Engages with media, ad tech, and data vendors to identify new ad opportunities as well as discuss areas of need for the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years marketing or paid media experience, preferably with media agency or corporate marketing team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Inclusive of experience with brief writing and program materials
Superior organization, project management skills and attention to detail
High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
Diligent with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, including accept / makes changes due to constructive feedback
Must be solution oriented in order to respond to the ever-changing needs of the business.
Must be a team player.
A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.
