You Are

Our team is comprised of innovative, data driven eCommerce experts with best-in-class technology, creative, design, marketing and retail media services capabilities. Our clients are some of the fastest growing and most well regarded digital-first retail brands in the U.S.
The Work:

  • Be an expert on retail media search platforms (predominantly Target, but possible Walmart and Amazon as well); maintain platform certifications, push for advanced strategic uses of all platform tactics and technology
  • Assume ownership of clients' monthly ad spend
  • Analyze the ROI of marketing recommendations, driving incremental revenue while maximizing the Digital Marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with Target's 3rd party marketing partners to optimize digital opportunities (i.e. Roundel, Criteo, Citrus Ads)
  • Set up targeting, build, restructure and set up campaigns in assigned product channels
  • Enable machine learning, automation frameworks and AI where appropriate
  • Provide excellent client consultation, guiding strategy calls explaining complex retail search methodologies clearly and concisely, with the ability to manage expectations and priorities
  • QA setup and checklists of best practices for campaigns/line items
  • Pacing and monitoring of all assigned campaigns; adjust if needed to remain in budget parameters
  • Maintain data accuracy within reporting structures and dashboards
  • Monitor and adjust proactive and reactive optimizations
  • Bring up new campaign and tactical execution ideas and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor, report and perform analysis on assigned campaigns
  • Developing strategies across all marketing channels to improve client goals (e.g. CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Here's what you need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' career experience managing retail media or Google Ads paid search
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client facing role and/or presentation and reporting of data to senior management

Bonus points for:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, statistics, computer science, business or equivalent experience
  • Current certifications in Criteo, Walmart Amazon, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and GA4 at time of hire
  • Previous experience with Criteo. Citrus Ads or Roundel
  • Experience in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis
  • Proactive self-starter with problem-solving mentality in situations with limited information/data
  • Intellectual agility with an ever-learning mindset and superbly analytical
  • In-depth understanding of digital media fundamentals and language
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Ability to work at both a conceptual and detail level with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Travel:
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
