Job Overview: Responsible for understanding the organization's business goals and helping to achieve them by leading both the planning and execution of online and offline media strategies, as well as overseeing the web and mobile app portfolio for the SMSC Gaming Enterprise. Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to develop campaigns that create brand loyalists across multiple demographics. Serves as the lead social media strategist identifying new channels and audiences to drive brand awareness and build loyalty from existing and potential guests. Provides leadership to the Digital and Media teams, building an environment of engagement, trust, inclusion, open communication, creative and diverse thinking, problem-solving, and a collaborative team effort.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUMEDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Technology or related field and a minimum of 10+ years progressive experience in high volume hospitality, gaming, retail, agency, or related business.
- 6+ years progressive direct people leadership experience of direct.
- 3+ years experience in paid media advertising including both traditional and digital (search social, programmatic) including: developing, optimizing, analyzing and reporting on paid campaigns; multichannel strategy and execution; and paid search and social platforms.
- 5+ years experience in developing and managing digital platforms (i.e., social, web, email, text, app, and CDP) including: analytics and reporting; web strategy including UX/UI, information architecure, and web development.
- Profiency in the Adobe Marketing Suite, specifically Workfront, AEM, AEP, AJO, Target, and Analytics
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Possess a solid understanding of the social media and marketing universe including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google+, Linkedln, etc.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster high-impact collaboration
- Excellent leadership, organizational and public speaking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated effectiveness building strong working relationships.
- Experience with developing integrated media plans, deliverables, execution and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
