Location: Newbury, OH Corporate Headquarters. M-F Hybrid (Onsite T, TH – Home M, W, F)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create relevant and engaging content on all Kinetico Corporate websites (Kinetico.com, Kinetico.ca, and Dealer Extranet) driven by consumer search behavior and available metrics and research. Collaborate with the communications team to ensure content and assets align with Kinetico brand positioning and standards.
- Develop visuals and assets to support various campaigns for corporate, and our independent dealer network.
- Assist in Digital Marketing campaigns with team members using social media including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter channels.
- Scan social media channels to monitor Kinetico online brand reputation as well as competitive activity.
- Report out to key stakeholders on social media campaign and promotion results and insights leveraging data visualization tools (i.e. Google Looker Studio)
- Assist in Ad Copywriting and content creation for our website and social media platforms.
- Support independent dealer network on various requests and communications.
- Provides ongoing digital consultation, training and software support to dealers including web templates, SEO/SEM and social media. Provides training at key corporate and independent dealer meetings.
What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interactive design/development business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a marketing or marketing analytics role
Competencies:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Content Management Systems
- In-depth experience with analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush)
- Proven success with SEO, SEM, PPC strategy best practices and tactics
- Highly organized and able to manage a multitude of tasks, projects, and information
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Solid understanding of PC and Mac platforms, graphics industry software programs including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
