job summary:

This is a unique hands-on strategic and tactical Digital Marketing role that will identify, implement and oversee our Digital Marketing PPC / SEM / SEO initiatives and resources. This role is responsible for driving the marketing plan through various digital strategies including paid ads, content marketing, social media, and SEO to grow revenue, grow our follower base, increase brand awareness, and improve conversion.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• Oversee digital display advertising campaigns, monitor performance and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Lead content teams in developing comprehensive content plans, ensuring consistent, high-quality content production aligned with brand strategy and audience interests.
• Manage social media platforms, strategizing and executing campaigns that enhance engagement, build community, and drive brand awareness.
• Write and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline marketing processes and ensure consistency across teams, including offshore units.
• Coordinate with offshore SEO team, ensuring adherence to SOPs and integration into defined project workflows.
• Collaborate with company leaders to identify any tools or systems that are best suitable to accomplish project objectives
• Provide detailed reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Marketing Project management role, involving digital advertising, content creation, and SEO.
• Established history as a Marketing Project Manager
• Experience running nationwide PPC campaigns
• Ability to define and report on marketing channels
• Experience with SEO and link-building strategies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing SOPs.
• Experience in managing digital display advertising campaigns, social media platforms, and guiding content teams in strategy and production.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis
• Extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with experience working with and presenting to leadership teams
• Able to communicate effectively over the telephone, by computer video, email and social media with a high attention to detail
• Experience in a remote environment preferred
• Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field of study is preferred (or equivalent years of related experience)
