JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the Digital Marketing landscape for a busy in-house marketing department and must execute on all necessary components. The digital footprint includes our websites, marketing automation, landing pages, tracking mechanisms, media placements, email marketing, paid search and social, and more. This candidate must be fluent in all things Hubspot including building and managing workflows, landing pages, forms, emails, and reporting. A full understanding of Digital Marketing strategy and deployment is a must, with a strong focus on user experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a monthly schedule of digital advertising and event marketing requirements.
- Maintain website content in Wordpress and Hubspot post galleries and blog content, make copy or image edits, manage promotional graphics, etc.
- Manage the digital advertising schedule liaise with agency support, submit graphics and oversee approvals in order to meet campaign renewal deadlines.
- Execute on strategic campaigns by building landing pages and forms, while maximizing trackability through various established methods, and ensuring reporting aligns with campaign goals.
- Build and manage lead nurturing automated workflows in Hubspot including managing criteria for list inclusion and exclusion.
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns to various audiences, which includes creating templates, coordinating graphics, list management, and performance reporting.
- Source and submit content to digital media outlets for event marketing or online PR/backlink opportunities.
- Maintain distribution lists in various digital platforms to ensure leads are routed appropriately in real time.
- Coordinate and execute on-off campaigns across digital platforms as needed.
- Work closely with the content team and assist as needed on social media platforms.
- Stay up to date on industry changes by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications and researching new tools to potentially expand our martech stack and maximize efficiency.
- Assist the marketing team with digital reputation management, special projects and data optimization as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Expert practical working knowledge of Hubspot and Wordpress.
- Experience with AI Generative tools for process, content and measurement.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong time and schedule management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with the team, yet operate with little oversight to meet tight deadlines.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles and strategy.
- Skilled with digital advertising platforms like Google, Bing and Meta.
- Effective understanding of latest technologies and should identify how to apply them in their current role.
- Possess strong language skills including proper grammar and usage, proofreading and copywriting capabilities.
- Plan decisions and practice good judgment.
- Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member.
- Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
- Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Suite or systems integrations is a plus.
