What you'll be doing:
The Marketing & Communications department drives powerful storytelling through marketing campaigns that increase the size and impact of our volunteer community and expand engagement with our core audiences.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator works in the Marketing and Communications team to assist in all areas of Digital Marketing and social media distribution. The Digital Marketing Coordinator should have a passion for all things marketing and technology, while being well-versed in concept ideation, strategies, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns.

Here's a breakdown of the main focus areas for this position:
Paid Media
- Launch optimized online advertising through Google Adwords, Microsoft, Social Media networks, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and meet campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Develop and execute ad strategies.
- Measure and monitor advertising analytics.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Scale digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor project status and advertising budget.
Social Media
- Assist in maintaining our social media channels and presence. .
- Online community management of our social community and respond to queries.
- Research current social trends and monitor the social audience to discover preferences and online partnership opportunities.
- Facilitate crisis communications and provide support to affected communities.
- Monitor, engage, and facilitate communication of our platforms at all times.
Search Engine Optimization
- Research and propose new SEO opportunities.
- Support SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Perform on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Technical skills of using SEMrush, Sprout Social, Monday.com, G-suite tools, Google Search Console, Google Advertising, Microsoft Advertising and Canva.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and distribution channels.
- Working knowledge of social media marketing, paid media, and SEO.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Reliable High-Speed Internet Required: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.
The full salary range for this position, across all United States geographies, is $54,000-$81,000 per year.The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience; during the interview process, candidates will learn the starting salary range applicable for their location. We pay competitively in the tech-forward nonprofit space and offer a robust benefits package.
