Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Co-op/Extern. This role will primarily focus on social media management, content generation, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and various Digital Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for skincare.
Responsibilities:
Content Generation:
Create engaging and relevant content for social media and digital platforms
Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and engagement
Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and promotions
Social Media Management:
Collaborate with external agency partners to manage AmLactin's social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with our community
Analyze social media insights to optimize content performance and drive growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities for strategic insights
Email and SMS Marketing:
Assist in creating and executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
Manage subscriber lists and segmentations to personalize messaging
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of communications
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Proficiency in priority social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Familiarity with email/SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Attentive) is a plus
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task + prioritize tasks effectively
Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing social media content strategy
Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Thorough understanding of social media best practices
