Job description

The Digital Marketing & ABM Manager leads the strategy and supports the execution of all global Digital Marketing and Account Based Marketing programs to acquire new enterprise customers for inriver, a high growth B2B SaaS company.
You will develop full-funnel campaigns for all key digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, email marketing, and the conversion performance of inriver.com. You will assist with hands-on management of inriver.com including A/B testing, page optimizations, and general updates.
You will work closely with the marketing operations and sales functions to identify and engage key accounts based on account behavior and intent signals using marketing technology tools including 6sense, GA4, Pardot, and others.
This role requires a seasoned digital marketer with a passion for driving results, a keen eye for optimization, and a strategic approach to ABM.
Roles / Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Strategy, Management, and Optimization:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, display, and other relevant platforms. These programs will target and engage senior level decision makers at enterprise companies across the Americas and Europe.
    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and measure campaign performance, providing data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
    • Oversee-either directly or in partnership with a digital agency-optimal monthly budget pacing.
    • Implement strategies for A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
  • Email Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop the strategy and oversee the execution of targeted and personalized email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and support overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging aligns with broader marketing strategies.
    • Own A/B testing roadmap to improve overall performance of email channel.
  • Website A/B Testing & Optimization and Execution Support:
    • Take ownership of the conversion performance of the inriver.com website, conducting A/B testing to improve user experience, reduce friction, enable logical customer journeys, increase conversion rates, and align the site with Digital Marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams for seamless integration of campaign elements on the website, including the execution of website pages and content updates in our CMS (Wordpress) that support events, company news, people changes, and more.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Collaboration with Sales:
    • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts, working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    • Utilize ABM tools and tactics to personalize campaigns for high-value accounts, driving increased conversion rates and customer loyalty.
    • Partner with marketing operations to identify engaged leads and accounts, and recommend tactics to convert them to MQLs.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions, refine audience segmentation, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Digital Marketing efforts.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within marketing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process refinement, and overall enhancement of Digital Marketing operations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep inriver at the forefront of Digital Marketing innovation.

Background/Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
  • Experience in executing high performance ABM programs across channels and in collaboration with sales teams, leveraging ABM technologies such as 6sense, DemandBase, or others.
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands on experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and DSPs.
  • Hands on experience in Wordpress is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate execution and reporting.
  • Adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging data to drive decision-making and campaign success.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction across teams.
