The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
The Digital Experience Manager is responsible for driving conversion through implementing and delivering effective customer-facing features and experiences on all domestic websites (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra & Homesense) across mobile & desktop sites and mobile apps on time & budget. Must remain flexible to prioritize to ensure alignment to business priorities across TJX, by incorporating Brand strategy, driving revenue, conversion and multi-channel traffic, supporting payments & loyalty strategy along with other key KPI’s.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Implements all approved customer-facing projects across the websites & apps for all US Brands
- Delivers requirements and final design of customer facing feature or experience by working closely with IT & UX Design partners to ensure all interactions will deliver on the intended ROI for the initiative. Ensure this execution is seamless and any roadblocks are handled.
- Maintains relationships and feedback with vendors as we work towards feature buildout implementations or improvements.
- Develop, deliver, and lead presentations and overall socialization strategy for each project for cross-functional partners, business partners and executives. Ensuring project is communicated to these core business partners at critical times in the project life cycle from initial discovery, finalized requirements, post production business impact in relation to the original ROI.
- Sees all projects through IT demos, User Acceptance Testing & deployment, providing feedback and identifying initial defects to ensure the project delivers against the ROI for a minimum of 60 days post launch to production.
- Leads pre-launch risk communication and ensures post-launch updates are prioritized and socialized to the appropriate team members.
- Supports the management of the defect & enhancement backlog in close partnership with the Road-mapping/Strategy Team, UX Team and IT partners.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years eCommerce experience
- Prior experience with content analysis, visual merchandising and web creative
- Exposure to site design and overseeing site functionality and usability
- Experience within multi-channel retailers preferred
- Diligent, organized and resourceful
- Collaborative working style within Digital Experience team & cross-functional business partners while also able to drive initiatives independently and proactively
- Strong executive presence & presentation skills
- Analytically strong, able to story tell and tie back results to initial ROI alongside Finance & Analytics
- Comfortable working in ambiguity to creatively problem solve
- Passionate about uncovering new ways of working and striving for future innovation
