Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Content and Engagement Manager to spearhead our social media strategy, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns, focusing initially on the golf community. This role is perfect for someone passionate about golf, skilled in storytelling, and adept at fostering engaging online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and execute a content calendar that includes a mix of educational, inspirational, and promotional content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Ensure content highlights product benefits and engages the golf community.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, implementing strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and enhance brand visibility within the golfing world.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor targeted advertising campaigns across social media platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and participate in relevant online communities to build relationships and support around our brand.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness. Leverage insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and engaging content.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for golf, including understanding the golfing community and current trends in golf.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and content writing, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals and compelling narratives.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics platforms, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive interactions and building community.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
