Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and imaginative Digital Content Coordinator that will play an integral role in the implementation and execution of digital marketing content. As the Digital Content Coordinator, you are responsible for creating high quality content for website pages, social media posts, product campaigns, and newsletters. In this role, you will utilize data and analytic tools to track content performance, user engagement, and other metrics. You will use these insights to optimize content strategies and enhance audience participation as they move from awareness to engagement within the marketing funnel. The ideal candidate commands a knack for breaking down big, complex concepts into engaging content deliverables.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality, SEO-optimized content for website pages, social media posts, product campaigns, and newsletters
- Write, proofread, and edit all marketing materials, emails, website, and social content
- Maintain the Marketing content calendar
- Manage and oversee organizational intranet and ensure accuracy and efficiency for product marketing content
- Work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, designers, and other internal teams to ensure materials are compelling and aligned with the Payroc brand and messaging
- Identify and segment audiences and verticals based on user behavior and content preferences

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts, making data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience creating Digital Content in the B2B space
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented work style with exceptional time management and organizational expertise
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven
- Microsoft Suite of tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Canva
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Strong understanding of CMS environments
- Firm understanding of campaign coordination and asset gathering
