POSITION:
Digital-Comedy-Content-Creator for well known radio shows and podcasts. This is a fast paced job involving daily producing, editing, as well as shooting original content. This person will be responsible for editing videos across all social platforms and longer form pieces on Youtube channels. In addition to being super creative, we're looking for someone who knows or is excited to learn post-production workflow, excited to wear a lot of hats, stay organized, make great content and grow in their career.

Our office is located in Los Angeles. You will have the option to work from our office and remotely depending on the schedule.
This position is generally M-F 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and will start with a freelance probation period of 90 days, and then move to full time if everyone is aligned.
Requirements
- Must be passionate about stand up comedy.
- Must LOVE post-production and have proven experience editing short form social content at a high level.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Producing experience is a plus!
- Must be comfortable with explicit comedy (at times)
- Must be comfortable communicating daily with named talent and studio producers
- Must be easy to work with and a great communicator.
- Must be able to keep track of schedules and run smaller, 2-3 person production teams and ensure talent is taken care of.
- Love to write, create, push the envelope, listen to the audience and come up with fun new ideas for the shows.
- Must know social media formats and workflows (1x1, 4x5, 9x16, caption burn-ins, and .SRT files).
- Must have an understanding of DSLR cameras, basic lighting and sound equipment. We need someone who is going to be quick and nimble on shoots. Work in small spaces and always get the shot.
- Must be a team player who can take detailed notes, work quickly and handle both creative, producing and editing duties.
- Must be able to manage schedule, give and take notes and turnaround work in a timely manner.
- Must be a great collaborator who works well in team settings, can delegate tasks and take criticism.
- The atmosphere we create dictates the content we make. The right person is always positive, solution oriented and helps create a place where comedy can thrive.
- Must know Premiere workflow (Photoshop and After Effects are a plus).
- Must have a portfolio. Vimeo is cool but please do not send random links.

Compensation
