Digital Account Coordinator

We seek a talented, experienced Digital Account Coordinator to join our Web Services Division. Location: Columbus, OH Area (preferred) | Office Location: Lewis Center, OH
Responsibilities:
- Website Design and Development Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing their web-related needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery working with our Project Management, Design and Development teams for support.
- Website Maintenance: Oversee requests from the client for routine website updates, content revisions, and maintenance tasks for assigned client websites, ensuring optimal performance working with our Project Management, Design and Development teams for support.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and content creators, to execute website updates and small-scale projects efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all website updates and maintenance tasks meet our high standards and adhere to client requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, web maintenance activities, and project status for presentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Idea Generation: Generate and curate creative ideas and strategies on a monthly basis for web maintenance accounts, ensuring they receive continuous attention and have opportunities to boost service hours through value-driven website enhancements and updates.
- Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in web account management, preferably within a digital agency or web services company.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Web Development) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and web hosting environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools is a plus.
