Summary Tamman is looking for a Digital Accessibility Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist specializing in Motion Graphics and video. As part of the Motion Graphics and video editing team, this role will ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free Motion Graphics and video content that is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities and use constraints. You will work closely with motion designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to maintain the brand guidelines, standards and meet client expectations.
We are looking for an exceptional individual with 5-7 years of professional experience and with demonstrated ability for attention to detail. Mature understanding of Digital Accessibility, especially as it intersects with video editing and Motion Graphics experience is a must. Experience with QA is strongly preferred, but not necessary.

• ADA/CVAA compliance and QA for Digital Marketing: Reviewing projects to ensure they meet all the established brand guidelines, work properly across platforms and that all elements are active and accessible. This will include establishing accessibility checks that align with the agency's accessibility guidelines and client requirements.
• Communication and Collaboration: Providing guided feedback and recommendations to designs and developers based on findings to improve or modify templates, the incumbent in this role must be able to discern what needs to be communicated, and the best way to do this verbally or in writing. Working closely with accessibility specialists across departments to understand accessibility requirements, provide feedback, and ensure that the final deliverables meet accessibility standards.
• Documentation and Remediation: Each project must be accompanied with supporting documentation and evidence of defects or issues so that they may be addressed efficiently.

Hard skills:

• Must know the WCAG, CVAA, and speak confidently regarding Digital Accessibility
• Knowledge/experience in transcription, captioning, and audio descriptions
• Demonstrable experience with projects requiring high degree of attention to detail
• Comfort with the browser’s developer console
  • Code inspection
  • Network panel
  • Using testing plugins
• Working knowledge of:
  • After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience in Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Video encoding practices
  • 3D workflows - animation, textures/lighting, camera tracking, rendering
• Strong knowledge of requirements for digitally accessible video and motion, e.g., should be able to create closed captions files for web and mobile display (WebVTT and SRT formats)
• Experience with an end-to-end testing framework (like Playwright) not required, but is a plus
