Key Accountabilities:
General QA Lab Responsibilities include:
*Raw Material Testing & Inspection
*In Process QA Testing & Inspection (Calendaring / Lamination / Slitting)
*Final Release QA Testing & Inspections (including First, Packaging, Second Checks)
Qualifications:
*High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
*Minimum of 2
-5 years of Quality Assurance / Quality Control testing, inspection and/or production experience in a GMP / GDP environment.
*Previous experience and solid understanding of test equipment preferred.
*Ability to read and follow specifications, SOP / work instructions and test methods.
*Strong working knowledge of mathematical concepts (including fractions, ratios, and proportions) and the ability to apply these in lab / practical situations.
*Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and works well with other team members.
*Excellent organizational skills
*Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information.
*Available to work 8 to 12 hour shifts as well as cover overtime and weekend requirements as business needs dictate.
*Desire and capability to learn new tasks.
