The spacious campus borders Fairmount Park in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. With one of the leading alcohol and drug detox and rehab programs in Philadelphia, Fairmount is the provider of choice for individuals requiring specialized co-occurring psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment. We are currently seeking a part-time Dietitian to join our team.
The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing and supervising the nutritional need of the patients, providing age-and developmentally-appropriate diet planning, education and assuring quality nutritional care is provided to all patients in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System and the American Dietetics Association.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Masters Degree preferred.
- Prefer one year of clinical dietitian in a health care environment. Prior work with a mental health population strongly desired.
- Maintain current registration with the American Dietician Association as a Registered Dietitian. Licensure as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in Pennsylvania.
- Prefer knowledge of age appropriate nutritional assessments and screenings, nutritional counseling and education, dietary planning and food and drug interactions.
