Have you got what it takes?
- You should have 2-3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably with a construction equipment background.
- Experience with diesel and gas engines, electrical, pneumatic systems, hydraulics, as well as drive trains is required.
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and major repairs on hydraulic, electrical, ignition, pneumatic systems is necessary.
- Must have the necessary tools you need to do the job; your hands will only get you so far. ($10,000 in valued preferred)
- High quality control. Respect your work and make it known.
- Solving problems and troubleshooting go hand-in-hand in this role.
