Job Details
This full-time position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask, as well as a pleasant phone demeanor and a strong sense of hospitality. Main responsibilities include management of all reservations for the restaurant, guest relations, communication with chefs for menu organization for each dinner service, managing private dining booking, and general restaurant maintenance. This position provides an opportunity to understand back office operations of a fine dining restaurant, allowing for career growth in other departments of the restaurant.
Ideal candidate must have

- ability to work in a fast pace environment with many responsibilities
- strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills
- hospitality and food/beverage experience
- understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and restaurant POS systems
