Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine supplement formulas with supplement experts based on research findings and regulatory requirements.
- Source and evaluate manufacturers for the production of supplements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with manufacturers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the design of product labels, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
- Monitor shipping processes and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supplement formulation and product development.
- Strong understanding of the supplement industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
