Dietary Lead Cook
- Food preparation as directed by Dietary Menu
- Manage Kitchen Inventory
- Prepare Shopping list 7 days out
- Make sure 3 Departments get meals on time
- Give direction to the kitchen staff
- Make sure daily and monthly cleaning checklist are followed thru by staff
- Keeping counter tops, shelves, cupboards, and drawers clean at all times
- Wear assigned uniform when on duty.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisor and/or administrator.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
