The Dietary Aide, under the direction of the Director of Dietary or designee is responsible for serving quality food, prepared in a sanitary manner in compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulatory rules and regulations. The dietary staff clears off and sets up table place settings, washes dishes; maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and keeps the food preparation areas, dining area, stock room and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
