- Produces high quality documentation as evidence by the following:
- Sets up trays and food service carts accurately and timely.
- Provide food service to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions.
- Serve and bus trays.
- Assist in preparing, covering and labeling food.
- Clean work area.
- Assist in the proper care, use and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
- Work as a dishwasher, using the equipment appropriately and in a safe manner according all state and federal regulations.
- Attend in-service training programs for Food Service employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Takes steps necessary to produce excellent work in any task or job that is assigned.
