- Sets up trays and food service carts accurately and timely
- Provide food service to residents, guests, and employees under sanitary conditions
- Serve and bus trays

- Assist in the proper care, use and cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Work as a dishwasher, using the equipment appropriately and in a safe manner according all state and federal regulations
- Attend in-service training programs for Food Service employees
