Dietary Aide/Cook

Duties:

-Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes.

- Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience as a cook or dishwasher preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Must prepare and/or pre-portion food such as beverages, salads, desserts, and other items for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu and production.

- Must handle food using proper food handling and food safety techniques.

- Must ensure that food is served in an appetizing and attractive manner.

- Must maintains the proper temperature of food.

- Must assist with the setup of the tray line and help pass out trays.

Our company is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dietary Aide/Cook/Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for meal preparation, cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
