The Dining Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive a high-quality dining experience. This includes coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared to the residents' liking, overseeing the dining room to ensure that it is clean and well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to all residents.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Dietary Aide and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should be able to communicate effectively with residents, kitchen staff, and other members of the team. They should also be able to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared to residents' liking
- Oversee the dining room to ensure that it is clean and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents
- Assist with meal service as needed
- Ensure that all dietary restrictions and preferences are taken into account when planning meals
- Communicate effectively with residents, kitchen staff, and other members of the team
- Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
