Dietary Aide

Heritage Grove at Indiana is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and ensuring the dietary needs of our residents are met. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure residents' dietary requirements are met
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong time management skills to ensure meals are served on schedule
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
