Duties and Responsibilities
Examples of essential job functions for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Review meal tickets and set meal trays
2. Clean meal carts before and after meal distribution
3. Stock and transport meal and condiment carts
4. Assist with cleaning dishwashing machine and garbage disposal areas
5. Wash leftover dishes, glass rack and soup bowl trays after meal distribution
6. Make and refrigerate drinks, juices, and coffee
7. Clean counters and sweep and mop the kitchen
8. Clean glass rack and soup bowl trays
9. Replace used towel and bucket containers with fresh containers
10. Ensure all stoves, fans, and lights are turned off at end of shift
