Dietary Aide/Dishwasher

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food handling are maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the hotel, food service, culinary, or restaurant industry who are passionate about providing exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling meals
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in meal preparation
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with serving meals to residents or patients in a timely and courteous manner
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel, food service, culinary, or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
