Salary```Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff - Follow dietary restrictions and guidelines when preparing meals - Serve meals to residents or patients according to portion control guidelines - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas - Stock inventory and rotate food supplies as needed - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area - Provide excellent customer service to residents, patients, and their families - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food industry or as a Dietary Aide is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques - Excellent time management skills to ensure meals are served on time - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Good communication skills to interact with residents, patients, and staff members Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
