At Infinera, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. Your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for equity grants, discretionary bonuses, or commission payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.

Job Title:Die Fab, Assembly, and Test Operations Supervisor
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Job Description: You will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, communication, and leadership for Operations in the Die Fab, Assembly, Test and Burn-In areas. This will include the management of approximately 15-20 direct reports.
This position will need the following skills to be successful:
- * Supervision of operators and technicians working on several different shift
- * Timecard and attendance records
- * Training

- * Excellent analytical and communication skills
This position will have the following primary responsibilities:
- * Provide day-to-day planning, operations and logistics support for Die Fab, Assembly, Test and Burn-In areas to cover 24x7 operations
- * Support production control responsibilities
- * Ability to multitask and set priorities with little guidance.
- * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- * Ability to communicate well with all levels (operators to VPs)
- * Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Database, MES systems)
- * Excellent analytical skills.
- * Good understanding of SPC
- * Knowledge of complexity of tools, processes, and people
- * Understanding of capacity constraints and bottleneck management
- * Able to work in an extremely high paced environment.
- * Ability and willingness to keep to a schedule and do what it takes to meet a deadline.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- * Experience in a semiconductor fab including back-end operations
- * Flexible to work and support off shift operations.
- * 5 + years in manufacturing management, industrial engineering, or equivalent with management career goals
- * Project management experience is a plus
- * Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere with a proven track record of performing in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Education Required:
4 year degree or equivalent
