DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Completion of an accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical sonography
• Ability to become registered by ARDMS or ARRT in sonography within 6 months of hire
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Basic computer proficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent

Communication is vital, and being proficient in a language other than English would be a bonus. Completion of an educational program in radiologic technology would be preferred.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

Our Diagnostic Medical Sonographer is responsible for performing a variety of ultrasound and imaging procedures, working closely with your team to diagnose current and potential issues. Your day-to-day tasks include preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process to them, and carefully positioning them to capture the best images. Always respectful and professional, you take extra time to make our patients feel comfortable and to minimize the possibility of errors. You use your best judgment to interpret the images and accurately document your findings.
