Functions:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications for employees.
- Perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripheral equipment as needed.
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Utilize technical manuals, user feedback, and computer diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare new computer hardware for deployment, including imaging and software updates.
- Support and maintain the Artiva CRM application.
- Collaborate within the IT team to address and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, providing regular updates and meeting business SLAs for support requests.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
