Desktop Support Technician

Functions:

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues, both in person and remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications for employees.
• Perform minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripheral equipment as needed.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Utilize technical manuals, user feedback, and computer diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare new computer hardware for deployment, including imaging and software updates.
• Support and maintain the Artiva CRM application.
• Collaborate within the IT team to address and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, providing regular updates and meeting business SLAs for support requests.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
