We're currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Commonwealth Office of Technology’s Eastern Field Services Branch. An increased hourly rate may be available after an interview and selection.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Commonwealth Office of Technology (COT) Eastern Field Service is seeking a skilled Desktop Support technician who can provide excellent customer service to our users in the Richmond/Berea area. Our technicians work with the users both remotely and in person so they need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time. They must also have Desktop Support experience, such as installing, troubleshooting, and repairing windows-based systems. Additionally, they should have basic network troubleshooting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.55 - $18.55 per hour
