Overview of Desktop Support duties:
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to laptops, phones, and email
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolves
- Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
- Assist with various IT projects for company
Requirements of the Desktop Support:
- 3+ years experience of Desktop Support
- Microsoft O365
- Windows
- Azure
