Southwestern Energy is searching for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our BIS Client Services team. You will provide the organization with technical assistance on all IT related requests and problems pertaining to hardware and/or software for office and field-based operations. You will diagnose and resolve unique problems and determine the source of the problem and classify their level and priority. This position reports the BIS Manager and is located in our Wheeling, WV office.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Configures, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots computer workstations, laptops, local printers, mobile devices, LAN phones, satellite systems in the office and remote field locations.
- Maintains PC inventory of PC’s and IT deployed equipment along with managing any local installed software licensing.
- Documents and maintains Desktop processes and procedures that provide the team information on resolution to Service and Incident requests.
- Maintains individual ticketing queue to meet internal SLO’s on all Service and Incident requests.
- Provides Network and Infrastructure assistance when needed under supervision of Network or Infrastructure.
- Provides the business after hours and weekend support.
- Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed.
