Our client is looking for 6 skilled Deskside Support Technicians for a 1+ year contract. The appropriate candidate will provide onsite support life cycle management of computer assets from procurement to disposition. Shifts are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm PST.
ResponsibilitiesPerform installs, moves, adds and changes (IMAC)Management of over 20,000 assets from procurement to disposition100-200 monthly project moves50-100 weekly computer upgrades and hardware refreshes Mobile device management, deployment and support Receiving, auditing and tracking all computer assets Quarterly calibration of color-correct displaysInstallation of software on PCs for new employees Requirements2-3 years IMAC and Deskside Support experienceKnowledge of desktop applications and operations systems Office, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 7/8/10/11, MS Office, Outlook)Network and directory services troubleshooting knowledgeActive Directory, Internet Browsers, etcExperience with installation and deployment of desktops, laptops and mobile devicesHardware setup and software installationStrong troubleshooting of hardware and softwareAndroid, Apple and tablet management, deployment and supportAsset Management trackingExperience with Jira incident and ticket fullfilmentAbility to prioritize, schedule, coordinate and manage a variety of activities simultaneously Must have supported large environments of 500+ users
