The purpose of this job is to design and create digital content and support the day-to-day administration, functionality, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).

In this role you will:

• Create original design content for the Pilot Learning LMS
• Assist with the planning, development and review of eLearning curriculum
• Provide technical support for end users with the LMS portal
• Assess eLearning training effectiveness and integrate ongoing enhancements and improvements to the LMS
• Support the Talent Development team, Operations team, and broader Human Resources team with special projects and initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum one to three years of experience in a creative or instructional design position required
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Working knowledge of interchangeable eLearning content
• Working knowledge of implementation and use of eLearning software, such as Articulate Storyline
• Working knowledge of deployment of blended solutions that include third-party certifications, classroom sessions, and eLearning
• Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Strong orientation to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work team
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Ability to embrace and learn new technology
