Position type: Full-time-Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location:  Oshkosh, Wisconsin

As a Design Engineer, you will:

• Support the USMC Platform team as a Senior Contract Engineer.
• have experience in mechanical design relating to frame components (weldments and large assemblies), design for manufacturing, and heavy equipment.
• Be expected to design components, coordinate with cross functional teams, and be able to follow Engineering procedures for routing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Be required to engage with the build process for vehicles and support vehicle testing.

The ideal candidate will have:  

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 3-5 Years of Experience working with automotive/heavy machinery
• Experience in Creo & windchill required.
• 1-2 years of experience within Creo/Windchill

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $45 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
