We are seeking a talented and motivated Design Consultant to join our team. As a Design Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative design solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and design expertise while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
```Responsibilities:```
To manage new prospects by providing industry leading designs while influencing clients to purchase company services.
- Project a positive and competent image to our clients during the design and sales process
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the Ispiri sales process
- Work with design staff to facilitate client driven design that meets codes and sound construction
- Work with subcontractors to get bids and conduct site visit walk-through
```Qualifications:```
- Completion of 2-4 year educational program in Interior Design, Construction, Business, Sales/Marketing, or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience working in related building/design/construction fields
- Drive and desire to sell renovations; creativity to produce unique design layouts and solutions
- Personable characteristics in order to relate well and with homeowners
- Responsible, reliable, and passionate about their work

Pay: $71,257.00 - $76,155.00 per year
