```Overview:
We are seeking a Electrical Designer to join our team. As a Electrical Designer, you will assist in planning, coordination, and completion of MEP construction plans. You will work closely with the project manager and team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
Duties:
- Assist in developing project plans
- Electric utility coordination
- Shop drawing / submittal review
- Plan review for constructability and code compliance
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including field reports
- Conduct site surveys and site visits to monitor construction activities and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Support the Project Manager in resolving any project-related conflicts or disputes
Skills:
- Electrical design
- Proficiency in reading and checking MEP construction drawings
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Experience in project coordination
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar platforms
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
