Mad Bene in Kapolei Commons is looking for passionate individuals to be a part of a tightly knit team and to further their knowledge of the culinary arts. Our goal is simple: to make the best food and provide the best service in Hawaii. Mad Bene features technique-driven Italian cuisine.

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Properly execute all recipes/steps of service and follow restaurant guidelines
• Have the ability to always work as a team-player

Expectations:

· You must own your own knives and they must be sharp

· You must know how to work with a digital scale and follow batch recipes to the gram

· You will be expected to break out of your comfort zone. This is a zero-compromises kitchen.
