DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• enter pt. info, treatment plan, discuss treatment plan and financial arrangements
• answer phone, schedule appt., collect and post payments
• verify insurance eligibility
• electronically submit/prepare insurance claims
• run aging reports
• discuss deductible and co-payments with patient
• manage all billing, insurance claims, EOBS, and collections

DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS

• minimum 2 years experience at front desk
• minimum 2 years experience with Dentrix
• knowledge of dental terminology and codes

DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST EXERPIENCE REQUIRED- applicants without the proper experience in a general dental practice with DENTRIX will NOT be considered for position. Only people with the required experience will be granted an interview.
