- Welcome patients as they arrive, to create a great first impression of our team
- Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, communicating with patients, specialists, and insurance companies
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, keeping the schedule full and flowing smoothly
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details, while ensuring confidentiality
- Prepare treatment plan estimates and financial arrangements
- Post procedures and collect payments
- Contribute to team meetings and enrich the culture of our office

- Previous dental experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, conscientious, and personable
- Early riser to start off our day with a smile
- Open mindset, eager to grow, and ability to work well with others is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
